This group is involved in assessing the risk individuals face with reference to lifestyle related diseases using non -invasive methods of anthropometric, body compositional, dietary and physical activity assessment
 
Providing individualized dietary and physical activity advice
 
Keeping in mind the individual's social, cultural and economic needs and being sensitive to them by providing customized individualized dietary and physical activity advice
 
Helping overweight individuals
 
Helping overweight individuals effectively change and manage their lifestyle using a multidisciplinary approach of dietary, physical activity and behavioral modifications Providing bedside nutritional and dietary counseling for patients admitted in the hospital Planning specialized feeds for patients on tube feeds and parenteral feeds. Generating evidence and conducting clinical trials on herbal extracts.
