| | This Data Management & Informatics unit has the necessary infrastructure and capabilities for database development and management. It has developed several databases for various different research applications such as clinical trials, epidemiological studies and nutrition intervention trials. This unit has also helped develop the "Population Energy Requirement and Food Needs" software application for the Food and Agriculture Organization, Rome. This unit is also actively involved in health informatics since the year 2001 and has developed a large health information database for a Dutch Informatics Group. |
