Infectious diseases in children, particularly HIV and tuberculosis, vector-borne emerging infectious diseases such as rickettsial and dengue infections.
 
Disease pathogenesis in HIV, HIV drug resistance, interaction between nutrition and infection, anemia of chronic infection
